Hello all. I stopped writing for many years just due to work and life being so hectic. However, recently I have wanted to get into writing again and what better way than through my kinks and love of growth and muscle. This is mostly set up for the story to come and introducing the main character and some reoccurring ones. I do want to warn readers that eventually this story will include some themes not everyone loves including: hyper, macro, straight to gay, and raunch (piss play, gas, sweat, musk, etc). I know that stuff isn't for everyone but I love it and want to let everyone know that eventually it will come into play. Without further ado here is chapter one of what I hope to turns out to be a long saga.

The Artifact

Chapter 1: The Hike

     “Ready to head out man,” Chris asked, patting Enzo on the back as he pulled his hiking bag over his shoulder. Chris, Malik, and Enzo had planned this trip for a while and after almost a year of trying to coordinate time off from their jobs. Ideally they would want to hike the entire Appalachian Trail but the tragic lack of time off allotted to people in the United States prevented that. They selected a part of the trail that would take them a week to get through if they made sure to stay on schedule with a little bit of time to enjoy themselves occasionally.

    Enzo hefted on his heavy bag and his broad shoulders buckled slightly under the weight of all the gear before he righted himself again. “Yeah ready as I’ll ever be I guess,” it was all of them their first time on a longer hike and although they had done a ton of research before then Enzo still wondered if he had packed enough for the trip. He heard the flush of the toilet from his tiny studio apartment and saw Malik emerge from the restroom zipping up his jeans. “Last day of privacy for a few days,” Enzo chuckled.

    “Yeah just try to resist grabbing my cock,” Malik laughed and grabbed his crotch. Chris, Malik, and Enzo had been friends since middle school and went to the same college and even shared an apartment together while there. Their senior year of high school Enzo had come out to them as gay, though he was scared they both accepted him but always gave him shit about it as well, but it was playful and he didn’t mind. 

“Well we leaving or what, I want to get there by sunrise,” they all poured themselves one more thermos of coffee before loading their bags in the car and driving to the starting point. It wasn’t a long drive but the small slivers of light emerging above the horizon and the cold air made them all sleepy. Coffee and the excitement of the trip kept them awake and chatting, conversations a mix of excitement along with a tinge of worry here and there and going through checklists in their own heads.

     “Well we made it,” Chris said, pulling his truck into a parking lot, though this lot was mostly trees and gravel. The wheels bumbled along off the paved road and they stopped at the small visitors cabin at the front of the lot. Before even getting out of the car a ranger came out of the small cabin and approached the truck. A few other cars were parked there, other hikers, but they were the only ones arriving now.

     “Morning gentlemen,” the portly ranger greeted as he approached the truck. He was short and his beer gut definitely stretched the uniform but he was handsome and in good spirits. “Looking at a day hike or will you all be out for a while?” Chris talked with him a bit, Malik and Enzo chiming in occasionally. They handed over their drivers licenses for the ranger to input into the paperwork, protocol for a long trip here in case anything were to happen. He went over general rules making sure to emphasize the idea of “No Trace Left Behind”. The men agreed and signed the paperwork and began to unload the truck and bundle up as the biting air began to break up a bit more with the slow rise of the sun.

     Their shadows stretched along the front of the trail and Enzo stretched, the jacket pulling up slightly to reveal his tan hairy stomach. “Well let’s do this,” he said, taking the first tentative steps on their adventure amongst the trees and mountains of Appalachia.

    “Fuck I guess I am more out of shape than I thought,” Chris laughed taking a swig from his water bottle and leaning over to tie his shoes. Chris was the most athletic of the group and his dirty blonde slicked backed hair was tousled from the hood of his coat. His broad shoulders and heavy chest looked even bigger in the bundled up mess of fabric. Enzo couldn’t help but take a peek at his large ass when he bent over, something he did often and he was sure Chris knew. 

    “Whatever gym rat,” Malik laughed and laid his pack down, “any more time in the gym and I don’t think you would be able to fit into hiking gear.” The men all sat around for a few more minutes shooting the shit before backing back up and continuing. 

     Enzo’s feet were sore and his hiking boots almost felt smaller by the end of the day as his feet had swelled from all the walking and climbing. “I think we should stop and make camp,” the sun had begun to set and darkness began to slowly creep in around them. The other men agreed and they quickly scouted out the flattest area they could. Malik prepared a fire as Chris and Enzo set up the tent, just barely big enough for the three of them but it would do for sleeping. 

     The sun eventually set the rest of the way and the lanterns provided a modicum of light until Malik finished the fire and the men sat around. Enzo prepped a can of beans, some jerky, and a meal replacement bar. They had tried to pack light food but enough that three grown men could feel full on. “Dig in boys, five star meal right here,” serving it up on light plastic plates and cutlery they ate and looked up at the sky. The stars began to twinkle into view one by one and the trees swayed making them move in and out of view occasionally. 

     “Don’t get that in the city,” Malik said, a bit awe struck at the sight.

     “Sure as hell don’t,” Chris retorted, equally mesmerized by the sight of all the stars.

    They laid around the fire for another two hours, talking about work and how good it was to get away. Enzo pulled off his boots and let out a sigh of relief as his swollen feet were able to breathe and relax for a moment. “Better leave those boots out here, they fucking stink dude.” The men cleaned up camp, tied their bags, boots, and food up in a tree and retired to the tent. 

     Stripping down to their underwear Enzo took a quick glance. Malik wasn’t hiding anything and was obviously the most hung of the group, his underwear, even though black, left nothing to the imagination of the thick member that was contained within. Chris and Enzo were average, nothing to run to the press for but also sizable enough to enjoy themselves. “Night men,” Malik said, getting into his sleeping bag, “gotta be ready to go again tomorrow.”

     The strenuous hike of the day settled into their muscles and bones as they laid in their sleeping bags and it wasn’t long before all three were asleep, the sounds of the forest echoing around them outside the tent like a lullaby.

    Enzo tossed in his sleep as he dreamt. The forest surrounding them came into view in his sleep. “Enzo,” a voice whispered in his ear. It was a deep manly voice but it carried to him as if floating, ethereal. “Enzo,” it came again and his head whipped around the forest blurring in a haze as he did.

    “Here,” the growl came again this time directly in front of him. A large rock jutted from the ground, covered in moss and foliage. A small clump of tiny flowers grew from one of the dirt filled cracks in the rocks and a large tree grew next to it. He followed the trunk of the tree and one of the thick roots seemed to be pushing through the rock. “Here,” the voice came again.

    His eyes followed the root and he took a step closer. The ground shook for a moment and he stumbled back falling. He looked down at himself and noticed now he was naked. His tan skin and jet black body hair that had coated his body since middle school now exposed to the elements. Where are my clothes, he thought to himself. His muscles shone with sweat even in the chill of the air, and his cock and balls hung between his thighs. His cock was thick and his balls heavy and large. Standing up he took a few apprehensive steps before looking down into the darkness. “Here,” The growl came again from the hole. Leaning down he began to slide down into it feet first. He was worried it was going to be a large drop before his feet eventually hit the ground. It was cold, more stone. Though it felt smooth as if it was crafted by humans and not nature.

    A wind came from within the cave and blew across his naked body. “Here,” the voice said once more and he could now see a light at the end of the darkness. He took another step forward and fell, Enzo cried out and then, awake.

    Light glowed around the fabric of the tent as Enzo opened his eyes, his crotch felt wet and he reached down to see. A wet dream? He hadn’t had one of those since high school. What had he dreamed about? He couldn’t remember but it must have been good.

    “Morning sleeping beauty,” Malik said, poking his head in the tent, his under shirt, pants, and boots already on. He held a toothbrush in one hand and the toothpaste surrounding his mouth. “Get up and get ready, we need to head out soon. We are going to head to the creek we saw online by the end of the day then spend a day there.”

    Enzo stood up and got out of bed quickly hiding his cum stained underwear from view. After getting cleaned up and dressed he helped the other men take down camp, clean, and pack, making sure to leave the area as natural as they found it other than the ash from their fire. He was sure that was against the rules but also enjoyed the fire the night before.

    “Here,” Enzo heard and turned.

    “What did you say,” he asked Chris behind him. 

     Chris looked up gripping his hiking stick, “I didn’t say anything man.”

     Enzo just turned back around and continued for about twenty more minutes before the sound of gurgling water could be heard at the stream. “Made it,” Malik said, looking at the map and then through the trees. “Just over this hill and...there,'' Malik pointed to a small stream running through the trees at the bottom of a short hill. The water was clear and slowing through the rocks and trees of the forest. 

     “And a perfect place to set up camp,” Chris pointed to a fairly flat tree free area just beyond the stream. The boys set up camp again, the sun still an hour and a half from setting. They got a fire ready to go for when it got dark.

     “So we are going to stay here all day tomorrow right,” Enzo asked as he glanced around this scenic area of the forest.

     “That’s the plan,” Malik said, pulling off his shoes. And sitting on a rock near the stream and soaking his feet.

     The boys spent the rest of the evening around the fire again, eating a makeshift meal, and finally retiring to the tent. The sounds of the stream and the woods lulling them to sleep.

     “Here...here….here,” the voice played in Enzo’s ear as he slept. The strange dream came again as he moaned in his sleep, his cock rock hard and once again soaking his underwear in cum. Enzo had seen him sketch two other times on the trip but not as much as he expected, not that they had really had time either.

     Malik and Enzo stepped away from camp and wandered for a bit taking in the sights of the forest. There was supposed to be an open valley area not too far away. 

     “Have any good dreams last night,” Malik asked a bit jokingly and curiously.

     Enzo paused for a moment unable to remember his dream once again, but remembering it was another wet dream, had Malik noticed this time? “Honestly nothing I can remember,” he stammered.

     “You sure?”

     He was honest but he knew Malik had for sure noticed him get off in his sleep, “Honestly man nothing I can remember. It’s weird because I usually remember my dreams.”

     “Well it must have been good,” Malik smirked and shoulder checked Enzo. He didn’t directly say he noticed Enzo’s...predicament but they shared a mutual understanding. Malik stopped prying and they began to talk about work. Malik was a software engineer and worked from home, he made bank and Enzo and Chris knew it. Not that Enzo didn’t make decent money but it was from the discomfort of a cubicle, he was a city planner for a small town and it didn’t make much but the benefits were decent and he liked that he kept his work at work and didn't have to take it home.

     “Here,” the deep voice came from the woods again and Enzo glanced around.

     “Did you hear that,” he asked Malik.

     “No I didn’t hear anything...well just the stream and the usual sounds of the woods.” 

     Enzo paused for a moment and looked in the direction he heard the voice. It was coming from the other side of the stream to the west. “I’m gonna go take a look over there.”

     Malik followed Enzo’s gaze and nothing special stood out to him. “Sounds good man I’m gonna head over to the valley area just meet me there after. Don’t lose that,” Malik grinned and pointed to Enzo’s compass. 

     Enzo parted ways and took a small leap over the stream. He moved in the direction he heard the voice. Maybe he was just hearing things. He followed along for a bit dodging under branches until the sound of the stream was gone. He glanced behind his shoulder for a moment unable to see where he had started. “Here,” it came again he was sure it was a voice.

     “Hello,” Enzo called out stupidly before continuning forward. Then he saw it, it looked so familiar but he couldn’t recall why. A large boulder, small white flowers, the large tree, and the thick root.

     “Here,” it sounded slightly louder. Enzo glanced in the direction of the voice and saw it, the hole at the base of the rock and the tree. The rock had been cracked by the root. Enzo approached and glanced inside, unable to see anything. He grabbed his phone from his pocket and turned on the flashlight and looked in. It wasn’t too deep, he could for sure see the bottom, it was flat stone, unnaturally flat, and it extended down a ways but he couldn’t see much from up above.

     “Is someone down there,” Enzo called out. No one answered, his voice didn’t even echo. He lowered himself down into the hole against his better judgment. The opening was only about 4 feet tall that extended further in and he had to lean over from his six foot height to see down it. His weak phone flashlight didn’t extend far and he couldn’t see the end though he noticed the smooth flat stone continued onward. “Hello,” he called again. Nothing.

     He took a step forward and a slight wind blew against his face, coming from inside…”there must be an opening at the other end.” he whispered to himself before glancing again and then seeing a small light deep down the tunnel. It has to be an opening, he thought.

     Slowly, hunched over, he continued down the tunnel, his cell phone light looking to the ground, then he noticed the walls and even the ceiling began to be covered in the same smooth stone. The light at the end was getting slightly brighter and he noticed there were multiple. They were flickering….

     The ceiling gradually got taller, or the floor was sloping down he couldn’t tell. Then more things came into view, the lights at the end got brighter and he turned off his flashlight. “Torches,” he questioned to himself, now able to see two torches flanking a wider opening to what appeared to be a room.

     He got to the opening and saw inside, it opened to a large stone chamber, and indeed it was lit with torches, but who lit them, and who uses torches anymore? All these questions swam through his mind and more as he scanned the room. The walls were the same stone with strange writing on them. It didn't look like any language he was familiar with. Roots and vines hung from the ceiling having worked their way through the stone over time.

    Most strange of all however was at the center of this chamber. A stone dais led up with a small staircase to a pedestal at its center. Sitting on the pedestal was a small rock. Stone? Gem? Enzo wasn’t sure at this distance. 

    Carefully Enzo took a few more steps forward glancing from the walls to the dais, then back to the walls, then back to the dais trying to take it all in. More wind blew in his face and he looked, the source was the dais but he couldn’t see any holes or openings where it would be coming from. Strange symbols surrounded the pedestal, slightly different than the language scrolled on the walls.

    As he got closer the rock became a tad more recognizable. Small flecks glowed slightly in the flickering torchlight, a strange brown and silver sheen emanating off it. Divots and groves worked their way into the stone. A meteorite. He knew what they looked like because one of his professors in college had one in their office. But this one was different, it wasn’t oddly shaped like the other, rather it was almost a perfect sphere. 

    Enzo was so concerned looking at this stone he didn’t notice the air change as he stepped onto the dais. The hairs all over his body standing on end, the air growing warm and gentle, any soreness from his body leaving him.

    The meteorite was roughly the size of a soccer ball and almost perfectly spherical if not for divots and crevices that etched their way into the outside. Enzo was oddly drawn to it. It was like some Indiana Jones movie, only here he was. Other people had to have known about this right? Maybe it was an old movie set? But then who lit the torches?

    Enzo leaned a bit closer to examine before standing up and reaching for it. His hand outstretched, arm slightly trembling with both worry and excitement.

    He grabbed the meteorite.

    Instantly it was like his hand fused with the stone, he tried to pull away and groaned as a throbbing shock flooded his body, his muscles contracted and he let out a yelp of pain. “Oh fuck fuck,” he yelled out still trying to pull away.

    His other hand grabbed the meteorite and lifted it up now both of them fused to the stone. A strange green and blue light began to pour from the stone and a wind whipped up around him. The light was like tendrils stretching out, it wrapped around both of his arms and snaked through his clothes. A few of them worked their way to his face while the others to his crotch and ass. Then in an instant he felt it and was blinded. His years, eyes, nose, mouth, cock, and ass were stretched at their openings as this light was almost material and flooded into him. He thought it would hurt but it felt good, instinctively Enzo moaned and bucked the orb still fused to his hands, vibrating.

Thanks man means a lot. Trying to finish chapter 2 tonight and then edit it a bit tomorrow. A bit of growth in chapter 2 to come.
