I’m glad you came in today. We’ve had quite a few excited individuals to meet with us, but to be honest, you’re our first real customer. But your application says that you’re 5’11, 115 pounds, worked out a few times but can’t put on muscle. And you believe you’re an Ectomorph because you heard about it on the internet and it just fits? Just have a fast metabolism, and can never put on weight no matter how much you eat? I see you also wrote down that you love pop. I’m a bit of a sweet tooth myself, but anyhow, you want to sign up for our program to make a big change. Well, I think we can help.

Can you please take off your shirt? It’s okay, it’s okay, most /ectomorphs/ are shy about it. Don’t you worry about it. All guys are beautiful, especially skinny ones. I just need a before picture so that we can show your progress later. This is all professional, the slacks too. I’ll turn around for a moment if that helps make it easier.

Alright, that was quick. Listen, you might not think it right now, but you have a lot to work with right now. No, seriously, don’t be shy about it.  Here, we’ll take another, and I’m serious, stand tall, head up. See, muuuuuuch better picture. You may have said you’re 5’11, but you’re clearly at least 6.

Now, you may have remember that you had that vitamin earlier. It usually takes about an hour to become fully effective. But you might be feeling some of its effects. Your hands might be tingling, the edges of things are starting to blur. You’re going to feel lighter on your feet, and things might feel like it’s covered in fuzz. That’s all normal. Now, we are going to take you into what I call ‘The Throne’. That may sound ominous, but don’t worry, it’s a Sensory Deprivation Pod that I’ve made some adjustments to to help accommodate… /ectomorphs/.

Just climb in, we’ll turn out the lights, the water will be so nice that in a minute you won’t know where your body ends and the water begins. And just wait, and let your mind wander, and I’ll be back in 30 minutes.

And that’s 30 minutes. Didn’t feel that long, did it? Now that your mind is a bit calmer, and clearer, and usually your ego should be gone, you should be completely unguarded to what I have to say, so make sure to listen to every word.

Hello my Ectomorph. I don’t know if you’ve felt small recently, or always. I’m here to alleviate that burden. I’m here to tell you that your body isn’t broken, it doesn’t work differently because your fingers fit around your wrist. I’m here to tell you that you’re not genetically stuck to be tall and lanky, that you’re not locked into it because of a fast metabolism. You can get as big as you want, and we’re going to help you.

You have been fed lies, by fools, who know little of the world and how you work. Up to now, you have not received the attention that you need. Because you’ve joined this program… now you will get that. As of now you’re going to get the attention you need.

There is work involved, you’ll have some /heavy lifting/ to. But you’ve always wanted this change. Nearly everyone who identifies with the word Ectomorph learned it because they wanted to become bigger, but truthfully, that word’s no more applicable than an astrological sign. 

There is a massive hill we have to climb, but… you’ve already taken the first step. And we’re going to get there.

Interesting start!  I'm guessing the entire story will  be first person narration?  It will be intriguing to see how you handle the descriptions of the changes.  I hope your are able to "show" what is going on (and let the reader visualize it for themselves) rather than merely describe, "Oh, your biceps are swelling huge now." 

Maybe, instead,

"Go ahead and give us another rep.  That's good.  Wipe the sweat off with young tongue.  Yes, that's it.  Tastes a bit salty, does it?  What's that, you're getting a whiff of something musky?  What could that be?  Turn your head towards your pit and give it a sniff.  Whoa! You really rocked your head back at that!  Pretty pungent, huh?  O.k., let's continue..."
