Hey guys, here is a 2 part story.  Next one coming soon.  No growth in this part, more introductory stuff to the next chapter, which is all growth.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"ALRIGHT FINE WHATEVER YOU WIN!"  The strange creature shouted at the even stranger man.
"Finally!  I was wondering how many more years you were going to make me do this for."  The man said, standing on one leg.  This was the pose he was in during his ritualistic dance when the creature finally submitted.  A dance that seemed like a stereotypical mockery of an African Tribal dance.  It wasn't.  It was a very stupid, silly dance that a child would be embarrassed to do.
The man threw the plunger out of his hand, and spit the pebbles out of his mouth.  He turned off the strobe light and the "Sounds of the Ocean: Singing Whales" MP3.
None of it made sense, but then again, djinns are relatively incomprehensible to humanity.
You see, Djinns are a mythological creature of Arabia, adopted into Islam as well.  Djinn are creatures made of fire (The devil in Islam is a Djinn).  Djinn and humanity are the only two creatures on earth that have free will AND intelligence.  Compared to animals, which only have free will but no intelligence, and angels who have intelligence but no free will.  Djinn tended to be a catch-all term for any supernatural events that a person would experience.  Haunting, possessions, missing things or hallucinations.  These were simply mean spirited Djinn, messing with what they considered a lesser specie, in the same way a child might bother a dog or a cat.
Djinn, though, are able to transverse the universe.  They can travel to heaven and hell, speak with angels and even God (if God so wills it).  They have powers that seem amazing to humanity, but are really insignificant when compared to angels or, obviously, God.  Most Djinn, just like most humans, are good.  They simply live their lives, avoiding contact with humanity, going about their day to day.  Some, as I've mentioned, are mean spirited or downright evil.  Some, are really good and caring.  Some, are just in bad circumstances.
Like the Djinn that was trapped in Tim's basement that he found shortly after moving into his new home.  A foreclosure, no one lived in the house for a few years.  The Djinn trapped in the basement, from what Tim could gather, was bound there by another Djinn.  Tim couldn't figure out why, but it seemed like something to do with this Djinn seducing the wife of another.
Why a prison in suburbia, Tim couldn't guess.  Over the years of hanging out with the Djinn, it seemed like Djinn didn't really like humans.  At least this one treated him as a gross cockroach or an ugly cat covered in shit.  At least this Djinn was a Buddhist, respecting Tim's life, all the while hating it.
When Tim began to think this Djinn has powers, powers to grant his most irrational dream, Tim began to use his "grossness" to get the Djinn to do Tim a favor...
You see, Tim was mildly autistic growing up.  An issue that faded as Tim got older.  It was mild enough that people simply thought of him as kinda weird.  But those worlds that Tim would make up in his mind never really went away.
Especially the worlds where Tim was the biggest, tallest, strongest, most well hung, testosterone filled pillar of manliness that this planet will ever see (who was also still growing bigger, taller, stronger, even more well hung, producing even MORE testosterone).  This was a deep fetish for Tim.
it didn't help that it was also his girlfriends fetish.
His perfect girlfriend of more than a year.  His strong, smart, voluptuous girlfriend, who fit that stereotype of the quite girl being a freak in the bedroom.  She LOVED to roleplay him growing massive.  It was a fetish that Tim introduced to her, and she loved it immediately. The idea of him (and even her, on some occasions) growing into massive abominations of beauty and lust.  Reaching, then surpassing, the blinding beauty of pagan gods of old.
Tim wasn't in a place to complain.  Gratitude was something he needed a bit more of.  He was 6'2", well built, bigger than average in his pants, successful, healthy, intelligent, funny.  He was a catch.  But it's hard to outgrow being that weird kid in high school.  The self esteem issues of adolescence are a difficult to throw out, always hiding in the back of your mind, lashing out in places where you least expect them to.  The ego is strange.
"So...you want me to make you bigger?"
"Yes."
"How much bigger?"
Tim paused.  He never thought he'd ever have to make this choice.  "I'm...not sure..."
The Djinn smirked.  Or did whatever was the equivalent of a temporal being that did not share any of it's mannerisms with humanity does when it comes up with a devious idea that transcends the human concepts of time and space.
Actually, the Djinn had this idea for a while.  A few years to a Djinn is nothing.  The Djinn wanted to be sure the human was trusting and worn down enough for allow the Djinn to posses him.  All the Djinn had to do was posses this human to break what bound him to Tim's basement, and then unpossess him.  Possibly killing Tim.  Whatever.  The Djinn wasn't a very good Buddhist.  Desire for freedom was something Djinn shared with humanity.  We all have flaws, right?  You eat hundreds of chickens to get swole, this Djinn kills one weirdo to get out of jail.
"How about this..."  The Djinn began, it's deviousness lost on Tim.
